At STRYYK.in, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The product is not damaged, altered, or soiled

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Products purchased during sale / clearance
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images (if defective or damaged)

Our support team will respond within 48 hours.

3. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged by STRYYK where serviceable
  • If pickup is unavailable, the customer may be asked to ship the product
  • Reverse shipping charges may be deducted unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer / UPI

5. Exchanges

  • Size or product exchanges are subject to availability
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing images/videos for verification
  • A replacement or full refund will be issued at no extra cost

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
